Bob is a Board member of CCAR, TREC, GRI and Women’s Council of Realtors and Instructor at Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School. He reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure a smooth transaction and provides guidance through the negotiation process and closing process. In addition, he communicates regulations that the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires for all agent-client fiduciary relationships.
