Licensed in 2005, Byron continued to work in the mortgage industry while sharpening his real estate skills as an Asset Manager. Working as an Asset Manager allowed Byron the unique opportunity to facilitate, communicate and negotiate with real estate agents, attorneys, escrow officers, local city officials, contractors, as well as lenders. Byron also continued to mentor new real estate agents as they started their own journeys during this time. Before navigating through the mortgage and real estate landscape, Byron Cole was an original member of the gospel group, Kirk Franklin & The Family. You can still find him listening to music and making memories with his family, fellowshipping with friends, and volunteering in his community.
